Kaso was awarded the 2022 Design Award of Plootu Fennica’s sheet metal product competition. Plootu Fennica, in Finland, sought new types of products in which sheet metal plays an essential role in design, manufacturing technology, construction or innovation.
The jury stated that the E-500 safe is a traditional product that makes great use of sheet metal technology and is made into an interior design product, bringing a safety product closer to the consumer. E-500 is an interesting and demanding sheet metal product that is difficult to make from any other material. On the other hand, manufacturing from sheet metal requires a lot of special skills.
